Click the green 'Register' button on the main

ask if "you have registered before". Click "Yes" if you have
already purchased a GeoPalz, or "No" if you are new. Set up your

What age ranges are Geopalz meant for?
Geopalz are geared towards children ages 5 and up,
but we encourage the entire family to get involved and join in on the
activity!
First go to the geopalz.com website and click the
green register button. Enter the code of your new GeoPalz. The next
screen will ask you if you: "you have registered before?" You then
click "Yes" and enter your username and password that you created
when you registered your first GeoPalz. You can log your steps with
either of your GeoPalz, by going to the dashboard and on the left,
under the image of your current GeoPalz you click "Change GeoPalz".
You can change these at any time.
I registered 2 of my children
under the same account, how can I remove one of them from the account?
Unfortunately, we will need to help you with this.
Please send an email to info@geopalz.com and tell us
1. Your username and password that you used to register your first
child. 2. The design you have and where you purchased your GeoPalz, as
well as the secret code from the second (or third) pedometer, so we can
clear it out or send you a new one.
What do I do if my pedometer stops working?
Please first check to see that you are wearing
your pedometer correctly as mentioned above in the "How do I wear my
GeoPal" section. If you are wearing the product correctly please send
an email to defective@geopalz.com letting
us know what style Geopal you have and where you purchased it and we
will work on getting your replacement pedometer in the mail
immediately, free of charge.
First you need to login to your account at the
geopalz.com. Then at the top you will see a tab that says "Prizes",
click on this tab to view the prize wall. See how many points you have
on the upper right side. Then you can scroll up and down through the
shelves on the prize wall to see all the prizes. For a quick view of
how many points for a prize, rest your mouse on top of the prize you
would like to see or click on it. When you click on it, if you have
enough points you will see the "add to basket" button. When you add
a prize to your basket and you are ready to check out, click the
"check out" button on the right side, below your prize. This prize
is free, but you will need to get your parents to come and help enter
their payment information for the shipping & handling charges.
First you must login, then click on the Prizes tab
at the top. You will see your prize basket on the right side of the
Prize wall. You will see that right below the prize is the word
"remove". Click on this and it will be removed from your basket and
the points will go back into your account.
-What do I do if my pedometer does not track steps correctly?

pedometer and then walk 50 steps away from your starting point, and
turn around and walk 50 steps back. If the steps counted is not 100
steps (give or take 5 steps), please send an email to
defective@geopalz.com letting us know what style Geopal you have, where
you purchased it and we will work on getting your replacement pedometer
in the mail immediately, free of charge.
